We recently had the honour of working with one of Guelph's most notable and popular small businesses, Polestar Hearth Bakery - a cottage industry making naturally leavened sourdough breads the slow, old-fashioned way. Polestar Hearth is passionate about food, family, and community, and are proud to be a part of Guelph’'s growing local-food economy.
Polestar Hearth was looking to upgrade their commercial oven in order to better service their expanding customer base. To accommodate this upgrade, they required some updates to their existing electrical wiring and Blais Electric was happy to step up and help.
